Modern Record Console
Custom record storage cabinet built around the specs of the turntable and receiver it would house. This modern record console was made from walnut and features a continuous waterfall grain over the edge, splayed legs, and a beveled face frame that doubles as a handle for the lid that lifts and tucks away when in use.
The middle compartment features a removable insert that fits the turntable with a slot to hold the jacket of the current record being spun. If they ever decide to change out their turntable for any reason, a new insert or riser can be fabricated to accommodate the size difference.
Adjustable shelves also allow for various equipment to be stored as well.
